tears

One doesn’t always cry because he/she is sad. The same is true for laughter. Tears are sacred. They are the soft and yet enigmatic part of an individual’s psyche. Crying releases a stagnant energy within one. It is a channel, a connection between the unattainable brain and the outside. Since we can’t always say everything in words—not because we don’t want to, but because they’re beyond words—we cry. But it isn’t always sadness that makes one shed some tears. We all cry, no matter what the cause, because we know a reality others don’t. We cry because we know we’re human beings with limited powers.

Clouds of truth cover one’s heart like a blanket till it starts to swell with sacred tears. It looks up towards the heavens as the doors to our heart open and everything about a person spills over, sometimes a bead of tear rolls from the blessed gates and other times tears until eternity…
